Absorbing Positive Galactic Energies

The most effective way to effect positive changes in your life is to maximise the absorption of positive Galactic Energies whilst also detoxing negative energies and assisting your body to grow by adopting healthy habits as described earlier. All three areas work together for your good. 

Maximising the absorption of positive Galactic Energies

There are 3 areas that, together, are essential for maximising the absorption and utilisation of positive Galactic Energies:

  • Meditation; 

  • Alignment of celestial bodies; and

  • Active Living

Meditation

Meditation has been practiced throughout the ages. Regardless of which form of meditation you follow, there are a couple of simple suggestions which might enhance your experience:

Affirmations

Take some time to develop some affirmations which are consistent with your growth objectives. For example, if you want to feel closer to the Universe, your affirmation might be 'I'm in perfect harmony with the Universe.' You'll find other suggestions for affirmations associated with the different Galactic Energies that are happening around the times of your meditation. 

You will find that the most effective affirmations come when you ask the Universe to show you the appropriate affirmation for the occasion. (Try it, you might be pleasantly surprised as to how quickly you get an answer.)

Each affirmation should be capable of being repeated in your mind as you take in one breath. If not, it's too long.

Synchronised Breathing

As you breathe in through your nose, recite your affirmation in your mind. Breathe out.

As you breathe in, the air passes through your nostrils close to your brain. Your brain is full of electrical energy, potentially energising your breath before it is absorbed into your blood system via your lungs. Once in your circulatory system, those energies circulate throughout your entire body. 

After a little practice you'll find that you won't be troubled by 'monkey mind' because  your breathing and affirmations will continue to happen even if your mind wanders. When it does, just bring your focus back to your breathing and affirmations. Don't struggle.

Use of Crystals and Essential Oils

There are a couple ways you might enhance your meditating experience:

  • Hold a quartz crystal in your left hand. (Your left hand is linked with the right side of your brain, the creative or visionary part of your brain.)

  • Place one or two drops of essential oil such as frankincense on a part of your right hand where you can sense the fragrance as you breathe in.

  • Place a small pillow of crystal chips and various tumbled crystals on your chest along your sternum. (The greater the variety of crystals the better. Make sure they are genuine crystals, not synthetic decorations. The sternum is an area where your body produces new blood cells, which are distributed throughout your body and which are essential to good health.)

Alignment with Celestial Bodies

Orientation and Timing

When meditating, try to face the direction from which the Galactic Energies are arriving. You can do this by facing north and angling your body, particularly your chest and sternum, such that it faces the celestial body closest to Earth. Try to synchronise your meditations with the time the closest celestial body is crossing the meridian where you are. Start and finish your meditation either side of this time. For example, if you intend meditating for an hour, start half an hour before the object crosses the meridian, and finish half an hour later.

On which celestial object should you focus?

Focus on the celestial object closest to Earth. If, for example you want to focus on an alignment of the Moon with a planet, the Moon is always closest.

If the alignment is Jupiter (R) with Neptune (R), focus on the position of Jupiter (V). This is because the energy still takes time to travel from Jupiter (R) to Earth.

Active Living

Stay true to your purpose. It is easy to become absorbed in our day-to-day lives. Choose to practice active living rather than the mundane. Set aside 'me time' to reflect.

Use of herbs

Because you are directing the Galactic Energies to the sternum region to energise new cells, it may help to support the development of those new cells if you take take appropriate herbs. Some relevant herbs include Comfrey and Native Ginseng. To get an informed view of the benefits of various herbs, consider investing in one or two good books such as those by Isabell Shipard (https://herbsarespecial.com.au/product-category/isabells-books-and-dvds/) Try taking herbal supplements prior to your meditation to get maximum benefit, but don't over do it! Also, be sure to drink plenty of good, clean water, preferably free of harmful additives.

Mindfulness

Practice mindfulness as you move along your journey. Take note of subtle changes that might be happening. You might notice improvements to your health and your relationship with those around you. 

Ask the Intelligent Universe

Before going to sleep, try asking the Universe a question that you're looking to answer. If you don't have a particular question, ask the Universe to show you a question that is relevant to your current circumstance. During the early hours of the next morning you might find the answer comes into your mind. If not, then over the next couple of days, it might come into your mind. Don't ignore the answer ... act on it.

Also, if you're looking for something that you might have misplaced, ask the Universe to show you where to find it.

Don't forget to thank the Universe for the answer to your question for showing you what you were looking for.

Practice being generous

The Universe is generous, giving knowledge and understanding freely to those who seek it. Practice being generous yourself and don't be surprised when the Universe rewards your generosity.

Respect those around you

Those around you are on their own journey. Don't impose yourself or your views on them. If they ask for help, give it freely.

Keep a journal

Try keeping a simple journal to record your thoughts and experiences. Also, make a note of what works for you, and what doesn't work. Every now and then, reflect on what you've written. Sometimes it helps to look back to see just how far you've come on your journey. You'll soon notice that the Universe is indeed unfolding as it should.
